Details On Why Keyshia Cole Is Being Sued By Birdman’s Alleged Ex Side Chick
R&b songstress Keyshia Cole is being sued by a woman that she allegedly attacked in 2014 after she discovered the woman in her boyfriend’s, Cash Money CEO Birdman, home.
What Are You Doing With My Man?
At one point, Keyshia Cole was seeing Birdman. Their relationship was short lived as Birdman was allegedly unfaithful to Keyshia. In September of 2014, according to TMZ, Keyshia came storming in to Birdman’s condo at around 5 AM. She became enraged when she discovered Sabrina Mercadel. Cole then confronted Mercadel and asked her, ” What Are You Doing With My Man?” Mercadel was confused by Cole’s anger because she claims that she is not Birdman’s side chick but his employee. In addition, there were other people in the home at the time Cole arrived.
TMZ reported that as Sabrina was walking out of the bathroom, Cole instantly went on the attack. The fight was so brutal that Mercadel had to go to the hospital and Keyshia was arrested.
Now, the woman that was attacked by Cole is striking back and she is trying to hit Keyshia in her pockets. It appears that it may be time for Keyshia Cole to lawyer up! The singer, who is joining the new season of Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood, surprisingly has been hit with a lawsuit from a three year old brawl. Initially, Sabrina was also suing Birdman’s building, however she’s since dropped the building from the lawsuit. She also insists her relationship with Birdman is “platonic.”
Sabrina is hitting Keyshia Cole where it hurts! It appears that she is suing Cole for around $4 million which includes future loss of earnings, emotional distress, pain and suffering and more. Sabrina’s now laying out the full extent of her damages (financial and physical).
Check out the full list of damages below courtesy of TMZ:
– $1.5 mil, pain and suffering
– $500k, emotional distress
– $2 mil, loss of use of body part
– $200k, future medical expenses
– $50k, loss of earnings

Keyshia Cole has yet to comment. Looks like those Love & Hip Hop checks are going to come in handy.
