SMDH…After Losing His Home, Birdman Loses Another $200K To Philly Rapper W/ SuperBowl
Birdman is known for putting his money where his mouth is but this time it looks like his level of confidence may be backfiring on him. Apparently, the Cash Money Records CEO placed a bet for the Super Bowl but things didn’t exactly go according to plan. According to The Shade Room, Birdman put a whopping $200,000 on the table with a Super Bowl bet on the New England Patriots. The New Orleans-born rapper / record label executive placed the bet against Philadelphia-born rapper AR-AB.
It has been reported that all the chatter about the bet began when AR-AB took to social media about it. According to Hot New Hip Hop, AR-AB called Birdman out on social media revealing the CMB front man lost the bet. “Somebody Tell My OG @birdman5star $100,000 is a BET…. I️ Bet Da House On My #EAGLES,” he wrote.
After reports began circulating about the bet, AR-AB took to Instagram again to clarify a few details about the bet. Apparently, there’s a little bit about the bet most fans weren’t aware of so AR-AB set the record straight. At some point, the bet jumped from $100K to $150K and then to $200K. “I️ ain’t do nuffin but buy more houses and pay for my homies Lawyers and Appeal Lawyers,” Birdman wrote.
Mo Money, Mo Problems:
The latest news has turned quite a few heads since Birdman has recently made numerous headlines for his adamant refusal to pay many others. From the $51 million lawsuit Wayne filed against him to the $1 million lien for a construction loan on his $14.5 million Miami Florida home and now his recent $12 million foreclosure on that same home, Birdman is facing all kinds of financial problems. Hopefully, things turn around for Birdman in the near future or he could be facing more financial problems in the near future. His latest highly publicized bet could lead to unwanted attention from Uncle Sam.
