At first, Soulja Boy and Chris Brown’s social media war seemed like a typical rap beef for the sake of publicity, but apparently, the two are taking things a step further. For those who missed it, there will be an actual boxing match between the “Crank That” rapper and the Grammy Award-winning singer. In fact, it’s reportedly set to air on pay-per-view. The fight has garnered an array of opinions and now Wendy Williams is speaking out about it.

According to Bossip, Wendy Williams spoke about the upcoming fight, reportedly backed by Mayweather Promotions, during one of her Hot Topics segment. The controversial talk show host expressed embarrassment about the fight. Wendy claims she’s “embarrassed for her people” because of the presumed publicity circus Soulja Boy and Chris Brown have created.
