WTH…Despite White Terrorism, FBI Claims ‘Black Extremists’ Are A Growing Threat
Now we all know who was responsible for the Vegas shooting, along with many of the other deadly massacres that have taken place all over the United States – white men. From the latest shooting to the deadly massacres that took place at Sandy Hook Elementary and the movie theater in Aurora, Colorado, white men have been the cause of these incidents. But despite the facts, the Federal Bureau of Investigations claims there’s a new terror threat to the United States and it’s not white men. According to New York Daily News, the FBI terrorism unit claims “black identity extremists” now pose a violent threat.
Yes, you read that right. Despite a white man murdering 58 people and wounding more than 500 predominately white concert goers, black people are still at the center of so-called terrorism threats. But of course, the facts don’t matter. Black Identity Extremists reportedly pose a threat to law enforcement. “The FBI assesses it is very likely Black Identity Extremist (BIE) perceptions of police brutality against African Americans spurred an increase in premeditated, retaliatory lethal violence against law enforcement and will very likely serve as justification for such violence.” Incidents of “alleged police abuse” have “continued to feed the resurgence in ideologically motivated, violent criminal activity within the BIE movement.”
According to The Guardian, the FBI’s latest claims follow “long history of the US government aggressively monitoring protest movements and working to disrupt civil rights groups.” But the scrutiny of African Americans seems absolutely ridiculous since the reports come at a time when its obvious white males pose more of a threat to society. As we know, that information is based solely on facts – not any type of study or projection. Mohammad Tajsar, staff attorney with the American Civil Liberties Union, released a statement criticizing the FBI’s oversight of the real terrorists in the United States.
Unfortunately, authorities will probably continue to look the other way simply because the media refuses to label people, like Vegas shooter Stephen Paddock, as what they really are – terrorists. The FBI’s stance toward “black identity extremists” is eerily similar to Donald Trump’s take on white nationalists. He also refused to accept the reality of the situation. African Americans, immigrants, and other minorities aren’t the reason for terrorism. The FBI has yet to release a response to the controversy surrounding this matter.
